Does anyone know how to reliably remove the tiny
screws that keep the focus gear on the Sputnik
lens assembly, without causing the soft metal to
shred?  I have several ruined screw heads, and
one camera where I can't get the gears off at
all to adjust the focus.

How about a source for replacement screws (try
not to laugh too hard!)?

I've just run across the second case of a Sputnik
whose shutter won't close after firing.  I think
the first one was both sides, this one is just the
left side.  Anyone know how to fix it?
