Not UPS!!! They are notoriosly dreadful in Canada. Plus they will hold your
package in Winnipeg until you bow down and pay their Customs Agent fees.
Registered mail is really the best bet.

This has been the only incident I'm aware of where a folio or Expo has had
problems at the border. I'm hoping us Canadians play an important enough
role in these exchanges that it doesn't deter you Yankees from letting us
contribute!!!!
