Yeah I'm still alive too.

I picked up something that might be of interest to those who want to make 
their own viewer. Hanimex used to make a 35mm Amphibian Camera, and sold as 
an accessory a good quality lens attachment. This is a coated doublet with 
an internal diameter of 45mm, and I've got results compatible to the AS&S 
lenses with them for MF stereo viewing. The neat thing is these come with 
an attached arm, making a swivel-type inter-ocular control a breeze. Focal 
length is around 80mm.

I believe these are discontinued, and I've only found 4. If anyone's 
interested, I'd sell them for $25 each. Please email me for more info or 
for a jpg file of the lens.
