[MF3D.FORUM:1579] Don's stereo nightmare

I just talked to Don Lopp tonight. It's always a pleasure talking to Don as
he's a wealth of knowledge about anything relating to stereo and
photography. But a very unfortunate incident happen to Don on Thursday. His
car was stolen. If that wasn't bad enough, 100 of his best MF stereo
slides, his best MF viewer, his tripod and his Rolleidoscope were in the
car at the time.

I know the chances of any part of this showing up to anyone on this list
are slim, but if we could all get word out perhaps the odds of it being
returned to Don would be a little better.

Perhaps if anyone knows of any collectors, photographers or pawn shops in
the Northeast US or B.C., please inform them of this tragic loss to the
stereoscopic world. These HAVE to be found, especially those incredible
slides Don's taken over the years. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
