[MF3D.FORUM:1600] MF3D Folio II status

After a bit of a snafu in reorganization the folio is definitely on
the move again.  Steve Puckett has it now and it should be with Brenda
by the end of the month.

I've updated the "MF3D Folio II Tracking Page"
<URL:http://www.panix.com/~reynolds/mf3d-folio-ii/> and in the process
noticed that I had previously screwed up the projected dates.  I've
corrected for that, but delivery times (especially in Canada) are
still a guess.  After it has travelled a few more hops I hope that
have a better handle on how long the package takes in transit.

Everyone in the folio should go check the tracking page.  If you think
your projected dates will conflict with anything (vacation, work
projects, etc.) let me know so that we can work it out now.
