It was very inspiring to see the images in the Expo and I'm very glad
I got a chance to see them. I thank everyone who contributed such fine
images to show us what can be done. I have tried some photography
with my Sputnik with poor results so far, so it was good to see that
quality work is possible and get inspired to try again.
After looking at the images I looked at some Realist images and
first thought they appeared smaller and the edges were more prominent.
However after looking more carefully I decided that the apparent images
were not that different in size. However there is a big difference
in the richness and textures in the images. Afterwards I read the
included article by McKay who explains that.
The Expo went last night to the Southern California Stereo
club meeting where many people got a chance to view the images.
It should be on its way to Texas shortly.

Thanks again to all who contributed images and let us image poor souls
see them. Thanks also to Paul Talbot who did a lot of work organizing
Expo and is keeping it on track and getting it wide exposure.
