[MF3D.FORUM:1708] Nimslo on Steroids

There is a nice photo/description of the new Seagull "THREE DIMENSIONAL (3D)
CAMERA" available at http://www.camerachina.com under "Professional Camera".
This camera takes 5 simultaneous 645 format images for lenticular 3D prints.
The lenses are all Tessar-type (4 elements/3 groups) f/5.6 - 22 focussing
1.5m to inf. and the shutters are electro-mechanical 1 to 1/125 sec + "B".
You only get 3 shots per 120 roll (or 6 per 220), and unfortunatley you are
limited to "portrait mode". Viewed as stereo pairs, however, you get 2 sets
per shot with a choice of stereo base: pairing up frames 1 & 3, 2 & 4, or 1
& 4, 2 & 5. This is a very intriguing camera, but so far I haven't heard of
any planes for distribution in the USA. Perhaps RMM could import them.
Paul??
