One thing Fujinon is particularly proud of is their EBC coating.  I'm not sure
how Fujinon's lens designs and glass finishing compare with Schneider,  but I
do have the impression that EBC coating is something no other lens makers can
beat.  Does Fujinon mostly make high precision medical equipment?
