FS: 8mm/f4.0 circular fisheye in EOS mount

Although not panorama in the aspect ratio department, but very
well in the extreme angle of view department:

I have a brand new Sigma 8mm/f4.0 sale, originally Contax/Yashica,
about to be modified to EOS. Price for the modified lens is US$950,
in original mount US$800.
European list price was over US$1000, but it has never been made in
EOS mount, and one would need the Nikon mount version and a US$200
Nikon->EOS adaptor. Also note that Sigma only produces this lens
once or twice a year, and does NOT stock it anymore, production only
on order.

No AF nor aperture coupling, MF and working aperture, but a fine
piece of optics nontheless, on par with OEM optics of other
brands....Nikon/fisheye expert David Ruether (aka Bob Neumann on
Usenet) rates it on par with the Nikon 8mm/f2.8, which is not only
more expensive, but also more bulky and more heavy.

For technical details on this Sigma and other fisheyes (both full
frame and circular, both 35mm and medium format), check my homepage:

PS: if anyone sees a used Sigma 8mm for sale in either Nikon,
Pentax-K, Contax/Yashica or Olympus mount, please notify me....all
these mounts can be converted to EOS....:-))
