Exactly! "... makes no claim that does not infringe ...", ergo all
claims _do_ infringe.
Let's assume that we would all agree that including credit to the
copyright holder of a photo misappropriated for use in a print ad would
constitute copyright infringement. Would use in a Web environment be
different? Copyright is not about pretending you are the author of a
work. Copyright is about ownership and unauthorized use.
