Also, one needs to keep in mind that policing your rights is vital. If you
know someone is infringing on you and you do nothing about it, you will
most likely loose any claim. Copyright is a big, complicated issue and
filled with misunderstanding about what is, and is not allowed. Song and
book titles, for example, can not be copyrighted. Facts can not be
copyrighted - there are many things to consider.
The Internet adds a whole new dimension still.
