the e-bay system works very well when it comes to what you are getting for the
money . By checking out a seller's ratings you can make the decision as to
whether that person is reliable or not . If a person has good ratings he is
probably making a living off E-Bay & Would not want to jeopardize being kicked
off the site . The majority of people I have delt with are honest & are happy
to discuss an item beforehand . If an item is not as advertised most sellers
will refund or compensate the buyer . E-Bay realy is a great place & I highly
endorse it . The only negative I can say about it is that it takes away from
