That had to be accidental - my point is that you are stuck with ambient
color (and picture editor). I have another example re, color. This months
U.S News has a series of essays about various American towns. Some are color
some are in b/w. Check out which pictures are more successful. There are
good examples of each. Why does color work for some and not for others? I
think the series on Memphis is very good.
