Selling of Photographs

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice.  I shoot panoramic
photographs with a Fuji G617 and I have a web site that was recently visited
by a gentleman who owns a photography store.  He saw my site and e-mailed me
saying that he would like to market my photographs.  He wants to use some of
my images for posters and to have some put into galleries for sale.  I have
absolutely zero experience in the business of selling my photographs.  Can
anyone give me some advice as what to do and not to do?  I realize this is a
very broad subject but before I go jumping into something like this I need to
know a little about what I'm getting into.  I just want a fair and reasonable
price for my photographs and don't want to be taken to the cleaners over this.
The only thing that is non-negotiable for me is selling all rights to my
photographs.  I want to retain my rights to my photographs.  If anyone can
help point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.  Rodger
