I owned one a few years ago (maybe three?). Image was 113 x 56 mm.

I don't remember precisely, but paid about $150 less than the
then-curent B&H price in like new condition from a private party
dealer.  It only showd wear on the ribs that determine how snugly it
fits the Graflok back. $450 seems like a good deal or a "beater."

I never had any problems with it.

Yes, it fits International back. I used it on a Toyo 45A II.
