This is a really good idea.  I was a volunteer photo instructor in the New
York State Parks on Long Island for quite a few years, and as part of the
program I not only got to take all the photos I wanted, including a lot of
Cirkuts, but I got to go to a lot of areas that were off limits to most
people, including those who paid their good money for permits!
