Noblex 135N problem

I have shot 5 rolls of film through my Noblex 135N and the last 2 or 3 rolls
have a couple of problems. One is most, but not all of the photographs look
as though they have two different exposures. On some of the photographs, it
looks as though half of the frame has one exposure the other half another
exposure. Some of the frames at each end of the frame is one exposure and the
middle part of the frame another exposure. It's not like banding at all but
there look to be two different exposures in one frame. Also I have noticed
that each time I reload the film I have to clean the back out before reloading
as there is "dust" particles left from the winding and rewinding of the film.
Now, I can see that the "dust" for a lack of another name is now showing up on
the top of my negatives and ruining the negatives. Any suggestions? Thanks.
