Well, some of us west coast Americans actually get to experience the occasional
wind, rain, and overcast weather. I've been through two weather related power
failures in two weeks here in the glorious NW.
I'm building my new house to withstand 90 mph wind, as has been experienced here a
few years ago. But since my lot has a view of Admiralty Inlet/Puget Sound and the
Olympic range ... even Mt. Rainier from the corner of the yard (if it's not too
inclement to walk out there), I can offer photo access. Just, drop me a note and
I'll send you the permit application and fee schedule. ;=)
