Subject: Excuse me
I apologize for my bad german words in this forum, but this "word" for
some
special people who lived 50 years ago here in Germany is unsuitable
today.
And I hope never again.
If someone wants to talk privat to me, he will do so to tbk@xxxxxxx
OK?

Yeah, well here's Facist memorabelia and my Cirkut group work:
I wanted to photograph the California Highway Patrol, all inuniform
and a
few cars inthe picture; along the highway, perhaps and make a beautiful
photograph for the end of the mellenium.
The young kids, highway patrolmen, today want to give tickets.
I got cited
for a 'seatbelt' violation.
I actually had my seatbelt fastoned, but off my neck, tucked across
my
chest, under my arm.
the Facist Highway Patrolman insisted this was NOT the way the manufacturer
intended the belt to be used.
I immediately went to the law library, with my ticket to prepare for
a not
guilty plea; and faced a Commissioner with the law that proved I was
right,
and the CHP was wrong.
the Commissioner sided with the policeman, sayingthe law as written
was
changed by precident. I cannot find that precident; and I want
that Cirkut
job.
I pled "Enforcing the law for the sake of the law is facism; and the
law for
the best interest of the few for the greater good of the many is our
representative democracy."
the Commissioner gave me until 2 March '99 to bring medical [doctor's]
proof
of my neck sensitivity (due to diabetes) that prompted me to lower
the
across the chest and waist belt as a physical dissability.
if this is what is needed to clear up the
ticket then you must not give up. look what happened to simon when told
to go behind his rock. he did go behind his rock because it seem to be
a way to answer. i wasn't seeking the apology which was about all bigtime
as thomas kunz's use of german words when he couldn't discern the genuine
shinola, no longer on the market. you wouldn't knowingly give up a circuit
picture that sounds interesting enough that i'd sneak up along side ya
and say "mind if i grab a shot." ya gotta persist. every hear monologist
gene shephard explain "creeping meatballism"? we've got an even bigger
enemy that is paralyzing the country, and that is the u.s. post office.
i wanna see that circuit swing and i wanna see you when the officers see
that long print and say gimme a break on the....enclosed please find
two tylenol, extra strength unless the webmaster took 'em for his
own use. lordy, lordy. simon nathan
