Zip disks are the universal standard here in the US, but if it's not too much
more, CD is the way to go.  CD ROM discs are MUCH cheaper than Zip disks, and
hold a lot more info.  That, plus you can send one to friends, and they'll
almost certainly be able to use it (all new computers have CD rom drives,
while only some of the new computers have Zip Drives).
