This thread is about banding, modifying the gears to overcome banding.

I discoveredthat technique develops and banding goes by the by, as the
camera turns, I put my hand , finger against the back and make sure it runs
evenly with a little pressure.

Always loosen the platform bolt and pull the box back so the gear has ...
like with the AK 47, tollerence.
