Transparency and Negative mounts

I'm trying to track down a source for 6x17 mounts. Actually what I have is
more of a filing card arrangement. This is a 5x7 index or punch card weight
card with a 6x17 hole that has a negative sleeve mounted at the opening. I
have a sample of this product but the literature telling me where to purchase
it has gotten separated - does anyone on this list know of a source for these?
Do you understand what I'm describing?

I'm not looking for the Franklin black presentation masks, these are lighter
weight, with just the single layer and it is manila in color. I like the idea
of these cards because there is room to place a label on these image without
covering up the image and they appear thin enough that they won't take lots of
room.

Please forward a contact or if you have other ideas for how to store and
submit 6x17 images I'd love to hear about them.
