Try The Stock Solution in Salt Lake City, UT.  The phone number is (801)
363-9700.  This is mainly a stock photo agency but they also sell a line of
transparency mounts.  I use them for all my medium and large format
(including 6x17) mounts, sleeves and sheets.  I got their name from John
Shaw's nature photography business book.
