Don't give in to intimidation, especially not when coming from the 
other side of the ocean, from a crippled juridical system.
Wish them luck with the German system. 
Mmm....btw patents, granted in the USA, but apparently not in 
Europe....could it be that European/German patent offices were 
smart enough not to fall for this crap in the first place?

Helmut, if they ever start harassing your provider, and if your
provider gives in, then I would be more than happy to host it on a
Dutch site....my provider will only act/warn/remove when shown a
legal order from Dutch authorities....anything less than that will
be tossed in the garbage bin with a big smile.
