COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT!
They can't sue you on British soil, they will have to do it on German
soil, in the closest court near you.

To hell with them, you want me to host it on a Dutch site?
I don't expect your educational provider to stand strong, but mine
gives a damn, unless shown legal orders, from DUTCH authorities.
He won't even give out full name/address without it.....would yours?
Without that, they are pissing in the wind anyway (unless all that
can be found on your site of course).
The fact that they resort to copyright infringement which can clear
be falsified shows they are grasping at their very last
straw....don't give in to this crap!
