FW: Motorized Panning Head

In keeping with Helmut Dersch's open/free forum, I have a package I put
together that describes how to construct a low-cost electronic panning head
for either continuous panning or automatic pan'n'snap use (QTVR). I can take
an 8-shot panorama in under 20 seconds (18mm lens), and even handheld! No
angles to calculate or manually set, no fancy tripod attachments (except
this motorized head). I sent it to a number of list-eners who inquired
earlier, and will gladly send it to anyone who asks.
