*Statement from Infinite Pictures* (copy below)

   DATE: June 25, 1999

----------------

Thank you for informing us of a court's ruling in TN - limiting *IPIX 667
patent claims to images created using hemispheric fisheye lenses, thus
clearing the way for solutions such as ours.*

In view of a number of past unwise IPIX actions, hiring US and European
attorneys to harass (intimidate?) individuals like Dr. Helmut Dersch, I for
one am weary and puzzled still by the whole episode.

Would you, Ms. Stark or Dr. Dersch, be willing to take the time and explain
to us in plain English: the scope of IPIX patent, details of the court ruling
yesterday, and specifics that the public should be cognizant of, lest we
inadvertently infringe on IPIX patent and be harassed by them in the future.

I am very glad that we have the Internet these days, whereby hundreds &
thousands of people have received your e-mail within seconds. Let us use it
productively to promote novel ideas and new discoveries as well as to
fore-warn each other of impending hidden agendas. This is the beauty of
technology as we enter the new millennium.

------------

Thank you for your time to read my e-mail.

STATEMENT FROM INFINITE PICTURES?, INC.

June 16, 1999 - Infinite Pictures is proceeding to release its SmoothmoveŽ
Spherical Photo Solution. This new solution provides software to capture,
stitch and view high-resolution spherical panoramas using a 35mm or digital
camera along with standard rectilinear lenses.

We are pleased that after a year and a half, actions taken today by the US
District Court in Knoxville, TN, clarify and appear to limit IPIX 667patent
claims to images created using hemispheric fisheye lenses, thus clearing the
way for solutions such as ours.

Infinite Pictures is extremely pleased with its new SmoothMove Spherical
Photo software, and we believe the advanced features will make it possible to
create higher quality images at higher resolutions than can be made using
other solutions. The SmoothMove solution supports the full range of cameras
being used by professional photographers and is not limited to a specific
type or focal length lens.

For those photographers creating QTVR panoramas, the SmoothMove solution will
support saving files in both spherical and QT format. Photographers
interested in learning more about the SmoothMove Spherical Photo Solution
