360 interactive imaging

I'm new to 360 interactive imaging. I talked to IPIX today regarding their
360-360 interactive imaging, and I was disappointed to find out that on top
of all the other software and hardware that I would have to buy, I would
also have to purchase "keys" in order to activate each 360-360 image that I
created.
So I'm wondering if anyone knows of software or a technique out there that
would allow me to create 360-360 images without having to pay for keys.
