banding

To the list.

Working on my 3D Stereo panoptic 360° camera ( derived from LARSCAN system)
to suppress some occasional banding that occur on the second image I
discover that  increasing the strength ( torque )  of the motor  ( at least
3 times) , the banding problem is intirely  disappear. Conclusion take a
motor torque 3 or 6 times more as it seems to be enough.
