There is no slit panorama flash photography, period.
Flash normally happens under 1/1000 sec. For a camera to synchronize with
the flash the shutter must be fully open when the flash is on. This is possible
for all leaf-shutters, partly possible for focal plan shutters and technically
impossible for slit shutters. Focal plan shutters use narrower openings for
speeds higher than, say 1/250 s. If I remember correctly, 1/250 s is the highest
flash-able speed for the XPAN which uses a vertical focal plan shutter. For
Noblex and other slit drum cameras with the highest drum speed 1/500 s, using
a flash is not possible unless the flash is on during the entire drum run.
