I shoot 4x5 with a Calumet. I love the large film and wide variety of
different films. Recently I have started usinga special 4X5 dark slide
which I had machined to produce two 2x5 exposures on one sheet of film.

The nice thing about it is I can develop and print them together on one
sheet of 16x20 paper giving me two 4x20 prints. Since it has cut my film
cost in half, I tend to shoot more (bracketing) and get better results.
Although this is probably not what most people would consider a true
panorama camera, it works for me. I usualy use a Schneider 90mm Angulon.
The nice thing about it is I still have a fully functional camera for
other uses. It also allows me to use Zone system development if both
images are closely related in exposure.

Has anyone else tried this method?
