Hey Guys.
The protrusion for Heliar is about 12mm-13mm , I haven't found a truly
cheap Mount for the M39 leica screw mount yet. But i have already found
Pulleys form Small Parts Inc catalog. Couple with O rings i'm in bussiness.
Now i have to design how to mount the Motor. since i plan to mount it
with several gear combination assembly. Kind of the kind you see on Drill
press . On one side it looks like a pyramid with large gears stak on the
bottoms and smaller gears on top. On the otherside (output) There is a
reverse pyramid of gears. That way i could have combination of extremely
slow speed gear for interior shot and Very fast speed gear for bright outdoor
condition. That gear combination couple with speed control should make a
complete 360 deg camera that can take pictures in any lighting condition ! I
plan to use somekind of O rings to connect the gear assembly
Now guys could you guy please post the speed (RPM) of the take up spools
and the focal length of your Larscan plus the equivalent in 1/xxx shutter
speed. That will gave me a good idea on which gears combination i should
start with. Without experimenting on it first.
Thanks a bunch in advance again guys.
I'm still on paper and not on the work bench yet. I hope i can find sometimes
this week.
Sincerely
Sofjan Mustopoh
