There are many bracket's that would work look around a camera show you could find one that would work or adapted to work cheep or if you want to many new ones for flash could be adapted. The shift on the noblex is so slight is it worth it ???

Some tripood centerposts can be removed and inserted from the bottom, but  
that would only give you low angle shots (and maybe legs). 
 
A fairly simple - but stiff - rectangular bracket could be fabricated so you  
could turn the camera over and have another 1/4-20 tripod bushing.
