Officially it's 118.68[*] degrees horizontally, so even technically you are 
4 degrees short, even discounting human error/misalignment (*from* 
the human, not *in* the human....;-))

Another thing to keep in mind is rotating the camera in the right 
direction, so that you can view all 3-4 shots together while still on 
the roll....with most cameras (assuming film spooling from left to 
right), this means rotating the camera from left to right as well.

[*] 28mm x 2 x pi = length of a full 360 swing; knowing the frame is 
only 58mm wide, you can calculate what section of a full swing this 
is; 58/175.59291 x 360 = 118.68 degrees....
