For perfection you need a reference shot on the same emulsion, 
showing neutral grey....store the correction needed for that, and 
apply it for every other neg on that emulsion.
Otherwise some neg's will become okay if you reverse and 
auto-adjust....but with dominant colors you might loose the punch of 
the shot.
