The dowel I use fits so tight that no glue is needed.  As far as how many I
can part with, I will take a look at my current supply.  Lately I have been
throwing them away, so I can send you enough to get started anyhow.  How
about ten or so?

Good luck with Kodak, I doubt you will get anywhere unless you know someone
on the loading dock.  They have never been cooperative concerning the paper
leader material.  Now if I send you spools, .... maybe you can locate leader
material.

Film spool is 1 and 11/16 inch wide with a thickness of about 3/64 inch
(micrometer is at my shop, not by the computer)  The center core is 3/4
outside diameter, and something less than 1/2 inch inside.  I think I have
been using 1/2 inch dowel to hold them together.

BTW, I could reduce the outside diameter of the flange for you on my lathe
if you need something smaller.

Where is home port for you?
