Fuji 617 Roll Thru

Hi Guys,

Any help regarding why a 6 month old 617 would suddenly roll 4 rolls of
film through the camera without stopping at the designated frame # 1,2,3
&4?
It has worked fine up until today and of course this happened in front
of a group of 520 final year students.
After the 4 rolls the camera worked fine on roll #5
I am curious to know if anyone has had  this problem before.
The camera is the current release fitted with the 180mm lens,
