Ebay gets really nasty when you try to sell something that infringes on
somebody elses copyright.  The stories are legion about people trying to sell
legitimate designer clothing (Hilfiger in particular), software, even albums.

If they can be nasty with this, I say jump all over them to shut this guy photo
stealing guy down (I know it's too late, but still)
