Cirkut Camera in a cherry picker

Has anyone on the list had any experience in using a Cirkut camera in a
cherry picker or other lift type device?  I've been asked to retake a photo
Goldbeck made here on Long Island some 60 years ago.  The original
overlooked Mitchel Air Force Base and Roosevelt Field, where Lindberg took
off on his trip across the Atlantic.  Goldbeck took his photo from the top
of a tall coal storage bin.  A few years ago the bin was torn down, so I
need to get up about 30 feet to duplicate the image.

Any advice?
