Re: V-Pan

Peter, I'm afraid that I can't help you with the V-Pan but the supreme
coincidence of seeing your email made me reply. I just finished your
book "People of the Great Plains" and put in on my photo book shelf less
than 10 minutes ago. I enjoyed it greatly. I am a retired University
of Iowa photographer who would love to do what you have done with that
book. I have a good friend, Drake Hokanson, who does similar books and
exhibits. I just emailed him to ask if he had seen your book. No reply
yet. Anyway, I'm sorry to intrude on your thread here but I had to say
thanks for the book.
BTW, I use a Fuji G617 also (along with a Graflex XL and 70mm HIE and
other gear) and enjoy shooting IR. We are leaving for Oaxaca, Mexico on
Friday and I want to take the Fuji with Maco 820 BW IR film. It's a
challenge to pack what I want when we are flying though. Best wishes to
you.
