   Well, the proof of the pudding is in the printed page. Most of the
medium high resolution cameras will print a quite good 8x10, and what we're
talking about, in most cases is an  8x whatever length you want to print. It
gives you a real nice print.

    Since only the HP 1120 and several consumer printers will give you a
print up to 44 inches, we are not in a position to print  a full 360 print
from a negative larger than 35mm. In fact I think an 8" high print takes 55"
length to print a full 360.

    Truthfully, most people have a problem looking at a 360 print. I find I
have to train my eye to look at the 360, so most times, a less than 360 view
seems to work best.

    I don't have a digital camera, so everything I print very long is from a
stitched print made from either negs or transparancies. I feel I am getting
along just fine printing from a digital file and stitching.
