Inexpensive Reloadables

Does anyone have any experience with inexpensive reloadable flash cameras
(the $30 variety) from Fuji, Vivitar, etc.? Any one model seem better made
or sharper than the rest?

I'm looking for a quick, inexpensive way to help one of my students get set
up with a reuseable twin camera rig.
