beamsplitters

Regarding recent thread on subject of beamsplitters:  Not having seen the 
Pentax unit I wonder how it compares to the Stitz.  I picked up a Stitz 
with accessories (projection stand, etc) at a camera show for $40.00 but 
only tried it once, with mediocre results.  Any comparisons?
