Realist Flash... quick!

Thanks!  I suspected that it was my thingamajig! :)

Can I infer from this that I can get new bulbs for the old realist flash? 
I very badly want to take some pictures this holiday weekend, but am loathe
to take a file to a family heirloom, and can't seem to find a proper adapter.
(I'll order one from reel-3d... but it's not gonna come today.)
