3D ACII art (fwd) -- by George Giomousis

Hello,

A couple of days ago, Mr. Gioumousis sent a post containing lots of neat 
ascii stereograms.  The file, however, was a bit more than 16KB (about 
1/3-1/2 the size of a regular digest) and the listserv diverted the file 
to the moderators.  Since it's so big, we've decided to put it onto the 
list's ftp site.  The site is:

                bobcat.etsu.edu

Login as "anonymous" or "ftp".  The file is under the driectory:

                /pub/photo/photo-3d/images/other

And the file name is "ascii".  Following is a sample.

I found these by using www.dejanews.html as a search engine. I'm delighted
with them. While I wouldn't think of giving up my 2-lensed and 4-lensed
cameras, these are nice. I can free-view every one. Enjoy.

I've seen Jittlov's "Wizard" only once, at a science fiction convention.
I heartily recommend it.

[BTW, SF-cons are great places for stereo cameras with flash. A 
three-dimensional bug-eyed monster, or Klingon, or fairy princess is
much more fun than a flat one. There is one called Silicon '95 in
Sunnyvale, CA this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'll be there
Saturday. Look for the senior citizen with the beard and a bug-
eyed camera or two, using a Maxxum 700si as a rangefinder and
exposure meter.]
