Info on Illoca Model I and Model II

Can someone give me some information on these 2 cameras?  Format?  Lenses,
lens openings, shutter speeds, etc?  
Strengths/weaknesses?
Difference between model I and II? 
Your opinions...good, bad, OK, great, eh.
Price range?
Should I own one? (Of course, but what is unique about this camera?).
