New Products & Services and Clubs lists

Oft-promised, off-delayed, the new revisions of the 3D Products & Services
and 3D Clubs lists are finally here!  In fact, these represent double-
updates, since the versions hitherto available at the archive site were
two generations old due to some sort of disk tragedy earlier this year.

I say this every time I release a new version of these files: For followers
of such an obscure pastime, we stereographers certainly do have a lot of
products, services, and organizations to choose from!  And the list is
still growing.  Despite Alex Klein's much-appreciated help in weeding out
obsolete entries, the new 3D P&S file is half again as large as the older
version from 18 months ago, with over 450 entries.  To all who have
contributed...thank you!

Some people have suggested that I should treat these files as shareware,
and ask for a few bucks from anyone who finds them useful.  Nah, I'm not
in it for money.  But anyone who feels the need to show appreciation is
welcome to send me some small stereoscopic thing, perhaps a self-portait.
If you're unlucky, maybe I'll even send you one of mine in return. :-)

As always, if you know of anything that needs adding, correcting, or
deleting in either of the lists, please let me know.
