I have noticed the *EXACT* same phenomena with my Revere which also has a
viewfinder level. I just shrugged it off as inexplicable weirdness.

The logical explaination is that I am not holding the camera level when I
think I am but all my pictures with other cameras come out level so I don't
think that's it either.

I too would love to hear a reason for this!
