After-the-fact stereo.  What a fascinating topic!  What do you do
if one shot was made from a higher elevation than the other?  Just
go ahead and tilt the scene so you don't torque eyeballs?  It seems
like it would be great if you had some sort of supercomputer which
could convert all the data from various perspectives into objects 
and then generate stereo pairs.  Has this sort of thing been done?
