It is normally the case that NTSC<->PAL conversion will corrupt a
field-sequential 3D Video signal.  The interpolating between lines
and fields which takes place for normal video conversion just isn't
suitable for 3D Video.

The point John was making in his shameless plug (Thanks John, I'll pay
you later) was that I have developed a video system converter which
is capable of converting 3D-NTSC to 3D-PAL and vice versa.
